We had a most enjoyable week (weather quite good too!) and all agreed it is a most delightful cottage, so well equipped and in a lovely area. We used all the rooms except the children's bedroom as the youngsters moved the cot into their room after the first night. We were very warm and comfortable. Thanks again for everything.

Once again another very good week at the Cottage. Got in to look at the Church this time (key held at Post Office). Enjoyed home cooked meal at the Queen Victoria. P.S. Couldn’t find a dictionary! Note From Bernard: We challenge guests to identify any deficiencies in the cottage inventory as we believe we have equipped it as a home and not as a holiday let. There is a dictionary there now & a Thesaurus!

We had a lovely relaxing week at your cottage. The peaceful surroundings made it seem like we were stepping back in time, especially the Steam Train trip and the restored Railway Station which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The cottage is a “Tardis”, we had no idea it was so large, it seems to go on and on! Thank you for helping us to join the sailing club.

We re-visited all our old haunts – old Hunstanton, Holkham House and Sands, the lavender at Heacham – and also discovered Bircham Windmill, a great place for children and cake and fresh bread lovers! Nearby the farm shop at Great Bircham is under new management and sells good local produce. We hope to return next year.
