Based on our previous experience with the Harrison Holiday Home in Florida (now sold) - our guests are always keen to share little snippetts about their stay and what they got up to. We've found the 'on-line guest book' to be an invaluable resource - and here's where we'll be looking forward to our guests sharing some of their best experiences of Snettisham Cottage and the local Norfolk area with others.

First visit to North Norfolk and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  Lots more to see and do so will return. Kristal enjoyed her first encounter with sand and sea.  A very dog friendly area.

It’s good to be back at Corner Cottage after a 3 year break and this time we have even more room with some of the family next door in Dove Cottage, adding a whole new dimension to the holiday. Both cottages - big and small – are wonderfully well equipped.  We definitely hope to come back next year.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.  Rose and Crown and the fish and chip shop good as ever.  Weather fantastic apart from “Monsoon Thursday”. Bircham Windmill is a great place to go for children.  Norton Hill Light Railway is fantastic and also recommended (for wet days) is Sea Life at Hunstanton.  Great to have a “house” pram & toys so no need to take up car room!  We will definitely come again.

Snettisham Farm was a big hit with the 7 & 9 year olds, as was Hunstanton Oasis with skating rink (plastic!) and Castle Rising.  Weather decidedly cloudy/windy except Thursday.  The Rose and Crown and Snettisham Fish and Chip Shop, the local butcher and fresh fish (scallops) from Brancaster fed us royally.  All comfy and entertained!

Had five days good walking, weather great for purpose; not hot, not cold, not wet, almost dry! We had dinner at the Yuit, Stoneham, an unusual venue.

Fantastic “home” - extremely accommodating and providing luxury holiday rental. Grandson of 19 months was very settled and happy.  Particularly we appreciated the two “lounging” areas.  We know the area very well and find Old Hunstanton and Brancaster beaches most amenable for youngsters. One dull day Wells provided us with a fun train ride.  “Eateries”- Rose & Crown but nothing beats buying local fish and chips and enjoying them at Corner Cottage!

Superbly well-equipped cottage – buggy, stair gates, high chair, cot and beach toys a real boon.  We’ve never seen so much crockery and glassware in any other holiday cottage!!  We came to Snettisham for a family wedding and combined it with a holiday as it’s so far to drive.  Weather was overall better than predicted so we had a lovely time – trains, Thursford, Titchwell RSPB Reserve, 2 beach days and a wedding to boot!

Superb house, fantastically equipped, cosy.  Had wonderful week with son, daughter-in-law plus 2 Grandchildren, Logan 4 yrs. & Isla 2 yrs.  They loved the house, playground, Snettisham Farm Park – shame only wet day!  Brancaster, Holkham sea and sands, playgrounds in various villages.  The Boat -superb little restaurant. Weather very good although rather windy!  Thank you.

Another fantastic week, again the accommodation was faultless and this time even the weather was on our side.  Have to mention the two male and female blackbirds.  They are so tame eating crumbs off the patio table – even on two occasions coming into the house to see where their food was! Looking forward to planning our next visit!!

An excellent 3rd visit to this roomy, comfortable cottage.  The weather has been kind and the bird watching good in spite of the high winds at times.  Delicious meal at the Rose and Crown. Tried the Queen Vic but disappointed and will stick to the Rose and Crown in future.  Fish and chips from the chip shop were excellent.

What a fantastic time!!  Freaky hot weather for April – 22°C!! Hunstanton and Brancaster beaches ….fabulous.  Fantastic house, ideal for our teenagers and 70 year old parents.  Everything we needed for our break.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dove Cottage, which is a beautiful old cottage but inside it is very modern and light and immaculately well-presented, with every possible facility provided which helped our stay to be as easy as possible... Bernard was also very helpful and we would recommend the cottage to any couple or small family as it is also a great location
