Short Breaks = 3 nights minimum, any start day, additional days please ask for a quote.
Rentals that overlap pricing periods will be charged pro rata at the two different rates.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Payment – to confirm a booking a deposit of £50 per week is required with the booking form. The full amount is due 10 weeks before arrival. The deposit then becomes a surety deposit that will be refunded on your return home provided no damage has occurred to the house during your stay.
- Cancellations –
- Prior to 10 weeks before rental – deposit only
- Within 10 weeks of rental – full payment required
- Rental Period – the rental time begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the house
- Insurance – all guests are required to have adequate levels of insurance cover.
- Force Majeure – The owners of the property or their servants or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: - hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners control.
